Omar Porras, D.M.D., M.S.
Born in Caracas-Venezuela, Dr. Porras received his first Dental Degree and Certificate as Specialist in Endodontics from Central University of Venezuela. After moving to the United States he attended Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, his Certificate as Specialist in Endodontology, and Master of Science in Oral Biology. Since 1997, Dr. Porras has held faculty appointments in the Department of Endodontology of the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University, where he has been directly involved in the endodontic education of dental students and residents of its post-doctoral endodontic program. Dr. Porras is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Hossein Zarezadeh, D.M.D., M.S
Dr. Zarezadeh is a highly accomplished dentist with an impressive educational background. He started his academic journey by obtaining a DDS degree from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2009. He then pursued dental research in the United States for three years, deepening his expertise.
Later, he continued his dental education at the prestigious University of Colorado, where he not only earned his dental degree but also became an Omicron Kappa Upsilon inductee, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field.
With seven years of dedicated practice as a general dentist in cities like Houston and Philadelphia, Dr. Zarezadeh followed his passion to specialize in Endodontics, earning a degree from Temple University.
Along the way, he received recognition through accolades like the American Association of Endodontists Student Achievement Award and the Excellence in Endodontics award from the University of Colorado.
In his personal life, he finds joy in cherishing moments with his wife and daughter as they embrace life’s myriad opportunities and navigate its challenges together.
